Pre-order items are produced or fulfilled based on available inventory. Pre-orders will generally be shipped within 1½–2 weeks, depending on inventory availability and order volume. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. NØCTRA™ is not responsible for payment issues caused by a customer's bank or payment provider.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must contact NØCTRA™ within 7 days of delivery for issues with their order.
